Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Carefully disassemble and repackage the furniture in its original boxing to prevent damage; for large items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
