We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to provide flexible monthly payment options at checkout, allowing you to enjoy your new furniture now and pay over time.

Is assembly required for the furniture I purchase?

Many of our items come fully assembled or require minimal setup. For items requiring extensive assembly, detailed instructions and tools are included. You can also opt for our White Glove service to have assembly handled by professionals.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All furniture from The Furniture Warehouse includes a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains, rips, or hardware malfunctions.
